🙋🏼‍♂️wash pass member here: Great car wash, just wish they would fix it so the back doesn’t get missed. Every time I run through, I’m disappointed when I get home and see half of the back of my truck has not been touched.

Just like everyone else the rear hatch looks crappy dirty and some guy trying to push a higher priced package. Go figure. Won't go there again.

I'm very disappointed again with this car wash. After determining that I had to ask special for the rear hatch to be scrubbed I have asked my last two visits (with a tip). Neither visit cleaned the car as well as I had expected for a $20 car wash plus a $5 tip plus a special request. I will not go back.

Good people, above average selection of products and services. A nice co-operative work place. Good size seating in Biggby.

Awful experience washing my car here. One of the two guys washing the car was quite aggressive. He screamed at me because the car got stuck but it was not my fault since I had put the car in neutral but when we heard a noise in one of the tires and the car stopped, instead of helping us figure out what had happened he kept screaming and was verbally abusive. First time and last time I wash my car here. I just happened to be in the area because we have had the day off because of president's day and we just decided to wash my car. I regret not having washed my car where I usually do in Beck and 5 Mile Road since 2019 because I had never had a problem there.
