PMD VIP

PMD is amazing! I’ve never had customer service better than these folks provide. I had a very obscure question about a product i bought from them and they worked on my problem on their time off! Calling me back a day later after they received and answer from their contact in Japan. Can’t ask for anything more than that. The Tom’s bracing i installed in my LC500 was top quality. The tube steel Tom’s braces replaced the flimsy stamped steel OEM braces perfectly. My car now feels much more solid and planted. No more flex going over railroad tracks. Mission accomplished. And they match the silver pant on my car which is a nice bonus.

Highly recommend!!! Customer service from PMD VIP is exceptional! They literally got back to me with all my questions within the next business multiple times! I live in Hawaii so shipping large items here is very expensive but Roy who i believed help me with my transaction helped me find the most cost efficient way to get my items here! Their packing was outstanding!!! almost took me a hour to unpack everything but it was all worth it since all my carbon fiber parts arrived without even a scratch on them! These guys will be my go to from now on with my IS500 build!
