They repaired the side mirror on my Hyundai with precision and handled the headlight and turn signal issues on my Jeep Grand Cherokee flawlessly. I would highly recommend PN Auto for any work on your car. This is the second time I have used them to repair a vehicle and they have always taken care of me from setting up rentals, giving me updates on insurance claims (even before my adjuster had reached out), when parts were ordered, when parts came in, and when work was being done. The communication that Jack gave was above and beyond any service I've received elsewhere. I picked up my car fully cleaned inside and out with my fluids topped off. I really hope I don't ever need that much service in the future, but if I do this is where I would come! Thank you

Jack did an amazing job with my car. The day after my incident happened I called pretty much every body shop in town who said an appointment would take weeks but I called PN Auto, Jack said be here in 10 minutes and we had the ball rolling. He explained the entire situation and broke down the cost. Ordered the parts right then and there, dropped the car off the following Monday and picked it back up today. He did amazing work on the car and looks just like new. Really efficient and got the work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop. Attached are the before and after.

Dropped my car off for body work, 3 weeks later I pick it up and the check engine light is on, the engine oil light is on( added 3 quarts still on), the car is smoking terribly and losing power. Driving home from work less than 24hrs later my car breaks down on the highway call PN let then know what happened. Was told not there problem they didn't touch anything mechanically. ( which is bizarre because I had zero of these issues when the car was dropped off). Mind you I just paid them 2500.00 the previous day so now I'm out my car and my money. Major dirt bag move on PN wouldn't recommend anyone to use them unless you wanna bend over and take it.

Great shop and especially Jack who really took care of us and our car. Excellent service, super knowledgable about everything and very personable. Best experience with my car ever. Thanks Jack.
