Pocono Tire and Brake is top-notch! JR and his entire team are professional and extremely knowledgeable—you can tell they really know their stuff. They took great care of my vehicle and explained everything clearly, which gave me total confidence in the work being done. On top of that, the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and really nice, which makes the whole experience even better. The pricing is fair and reasonable, but the service provided is something money can’t buy! I appreciate the courtesy and the time taken to explain what I needed and what my options were. Of course, it’s not a one size fits all experience, but for me, I’m definitely making this my car “Midnight’s” new home!

I was so touched by the kindness and fairness of JR. I had my tires rotated and balanced the day before in New Jersey. I was driving about an hour yesterday when my tire pressure light went on. Being an older woman, feeling very vulnerable after being taken advantage of by different mechanics, I knowing nothing about cars, it was scary. My bro looked up and found this place, which was four minutes away. I went there, my four tires were checked out and the only thing wrong was three tires had 25 pounds pressure and one had 19. (Tell me WHY that wasn’t noticed the day before?) I was so relieved and later astonished that they did not charge me for checking. Had the tires done on my Ram 2500 yesterday. Very happy with the service. They were very professional and very friendly from the beginning to the end. Good competitive pricing. I was even able to sit in the waiting room while they got my tires done. 10/10

JR was extremely honest and helpful. As a new driver with a limited knowledge on cars, I explained that I needed new tires and most likely a wheel alignment. He helped me find the best priced tires and was also very upfront and explained that I didn't actually need an alignment and my worn out tires were just making it feel that way. I truly appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain everything without taking advantage of my lack of experience and I will definitely be recommending him to others.
