Erik Sandoval at Pohanka Lexus helped my wife and I purchase our 1st Lexus!! Erik made our car buying experience enjoyable. Erik knew what I wanted as soon as I walked into the showroom. Juan the Sales Mgr. was a great compliment to the entire process as well. Both Erik and Juan worked the numbers for me and I got exactly what I wanted!! Went there looking for a TX. The parking lot was chaotic and I could barely find parking. When I finally got in the showroom, it was equally chaotic. I was eventually able to find a sales person. They were eventually able to tell me that there was only one TX on the lot. We were able to locate it as it was parked right in front of the showroom. They refused to open it to even let me look at the interior stating that it was sold. I didn’t ask for a test drive. Just a peek to look at the seating configuration. They had no other models on the lot and stated that I would need to order one through them and it would be a 3-6 month wait. Got an oil change done. Had to wait a few hours for the service to be done. It’s a very popular place and they were servicing many cars. Observed many happy customers. Service staff was great answering questions to customers satisfaction. They also got me a Lyft ride to get me to work. So much better than other dealerships.

Simple check in and check out. They did the services I asked for and recommended the additional services but did not insist too much so it became easy for me to decide. They also mentioned the prices upfront there are no surprises. Waiting area is big and neat. overall my first service trip to this location has been pleasant and I will continue to go here for future services.
