Pohanka Ford of Salisbury

Oh, man! What should I even start with? First of all, I want to thank Dom for all the help and for being patient with us. He is the reason we drove off in a new car and didn't take an Uber home. We walked in looking for a truck that we could use as both a personal vehicle and for our small business. I came in just to look around, however I had talked about trading my jeep in for over a year now. As soon as I started walking up to the front of the building Trent Bailey came straight to me to greet and asked what I was looking for. As we began talking he stated that he could make anything happen. And he sure did. I found more than what I was looking for fresh off the lot and with a clean slate. This brand new black beauty is officially MINE 😍 thanks to Trent!!! I'm giving a 5 star review for excellent service and the fact he stayed extra overtime until everything was complete and finalized! Thanks again Trent and the rest of the crew at Pohanka Ford of Salisbury!!!

Malik is a kind, honest and awesome salesman! He kept me in the loop through the whole process! I had a great experience buying my son's first car at Pohanka Ford!

I came to Pohanka to just look at trucks that were available used Kevin Estes came with no pressure to see how he could help me and show me what you had to choose from that a great job working with him. The whole process went very smoothly and everybody was willing to do what They could to make this as easy as possible, and I walked away with a truck, but definitely recommended to other folks and will probably come back for another one. The finance department with Trey is very clear on how to take care of buying the truck with the warranties and payment got nothing but good things to say highly recommended.
