Don’t buy car from here. They sent me 3 temporary license plate and temporary registration. I am still waiting my plate. You can’t reach any manager by phone. You can only leave voice message and they don’t call you back. My biggest mistake. Never ever. Don’t buy anything from Honda chantilly.

Wow, easiest and friendliest experience... Really wish we had started at Pohanka, wasted lots of time getting the runaround and dealing with shenanigans at a couple other dealerships before we got linked up with Karlton at Pohanka. Everyone loves a new car, but nobody loves the car buying process. You are tortured with “BS” games. They waste your time with offer sheets, and promises of PM, when all you want is the bottom line price, and quick settlement process. Ryan Poole and the staff at Pohanka Honda are bar none the best, highest integrity car dealership in the area. I would certainly recommend Pohanka Honda and especially salesman Karlton Barclift, who provided excellent service and an easy experience with no run-arounds or pressure. Karlton even brought the car to me when I had trouble getting out to Marlowe Heights! I did my entire car search via internet and dealt with a number of local dealerships. Karlton was by far the most polite and helpful, offered the lowest price on an end-of-year 2012 model and -- when I asked about 2013 models -- said he could sell me a 2013 for the same price if I could wait until they arrived on the lot. I Bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey EXL-RES from Pohanka Honda. I worked with Phuong Le from Sales. I had negotiated a price online and when I walked in they honored the price and did not try and sell me extras. The whole process was smooth and no surprises in the Finance department.
