Every-time I needed his service, he put my needs and concerns first , I felt heard, he took care of everything and I felt confident with all aspects from dealing with the rent a car and insurance. First off Patrick is wonderful! I had a "fender bender" my experience with Point collision was great, quick and easy. They explained everything ahead of time, kept in great communication, handled my insurance company for me, and even detailed the entire outside of my car before pickup.
