It was a pleasure talking with Dennis regarding my car issue. Very informative. He told me I can get the car back the same day because he has the parts available. He was right. Very reasonably priced and gave a nice little discount too. We are now new customers!

So you know how you search all around to find a good mechanic, someone you can trust and never second guess? Yeah, well I’m very fortunate to have found Mark and his company, Tire Craft of Pt. Pleasant Beach, NJ about 5 years ago. I have 5 vehicles in my family and Mark services all of them!!! Mark owns the local Good Year tire shop, but he’s way more that tires!!! He’s does my oil changes, motor work and pretty much whatever I need for the fleet. Never over sells me and is reasonable priced for quality work. Last week I called him for a set of new tires on my van. He suggested a tire I haven’t used before. initially, I wanted something different and he strongly stuck with his recommendation. Tire craft of Point Pleasant Beach gained a lifetime customer. I purchased tires there and saw that they were very polite and professional . Later, after being told by a Honda dealership that I needed brakes. I went to tire craft. They checked my car over and told me I didn’t need brakes. They charged me nothing for their time so when I needed an oil change, I went back. They changed the oil. They were very professional again and I was told I still don’t need brakes come back after the next oil change. I was so impressed with their honesty. I will forever be their customer. Mark at the front desk was so polite. He explained everything to me, and I am so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.
