THIS PLACE IS AWESOMESAUCE!! Cannot recommend this place enough! Our car broke down on I95 headed back to NC around 2pm. We learned we needed a new alternator. While waiting for AAA, we called around to a few places to check on prices and timeframes, but hit the lottery when we talked to Allan. He said he was going to fix us up and get us on the road. And they did. They started after 3pm. The team stayed late and got us fixed by 5:45pm. They also didn’t try to overcharge us- very fairly priced. Forever grateful for them and this shop. 10000/10 recommend! Poko Bros went above and beyond for my college student’s car. Even though they were booked, Allen fit us in, found the issue, and patiently explained everything knowing I was from out of state. He even coordinated with our NY mechanic, suggested a temporary fix, and helped us navigate finding a replacement car. Truly rare service — as long as my child is in the area, this is the only shop we’ll use! Thank you for making us feel like family!

I broke down passing through St Augustine and although they were too busy to fit me in, still took the time to connect me with someone who could. Went out of their way to help. Great customer service for someone who didn’t even have to be a customer.
