We have absolutely loved our experience with Dan and Nate at Polar RV! We bought a 2023 Palomino 2912 and despite it having many issues we love it! Dan and Nate are pretty much a two man show; so they do not always answer the phone/return phone calls… but they have worked hard to make sure everything is getting fixed. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and kind! We highly recommend Polar RV and plan to come back to them again in the future when buying our next camper!

We recently bought a Scout Olympic camper that has been incredibly functional. We’re impressed with the Scout build and Service from East Coast dealer, Polar RV Sales. Polar RV Sales took the time to get us situated during our initial purchase and have been super helpful as they’ve answered our questions along the way. Recently, Polar RV Sales spent two hours troubleshooting and eventually fixing our brand new diesel heater. The diesel heater was taken apart, diagnosed, and fixing in one visit, at no charge. We greatly appreciate their efforts and professional conduct. If you’re an East Coaster and in the market for a Scout camper, reach out to these guys. They’ll treat you well.
