I wish all car buying experiences could be more like this. The staff is there to answer any questions and help finalize purchases, not to pressure you into anything. Despite manufacturing delays on my order, I was communicated with throughout the process. Shout-out especially to Jackie for always being so friendly and helpful with my many questions. And to Greg for his patience with explaining the leasing process to me. On top of that, the vehicles Polestar makes are just a great product. Sleek and thoughtfully designed, I love how they lean in to the advantages of driving an EV, rather than trying to hide the technology.

The team here at Polestar is absolutely amazing. Leasing a vehicle here was the easiest auto transaction I've ever had. The staff is extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Those days of stress over an auto transaction are not applicable here. And the car itself is fantastic. I leased a Polestar 3 after my P2 lease was up and it's a revelation. Smooth, powerful and eye catching. Giving this the highest recommendation for an auto dealer / space! Kudos to Jackie and Greg in particular!

Just picked up a Polestar 2 from them today. My salesperson Jackie was excellent. She took the time to show me all the features and was able to answer all my questions. The process was flawless and fast. The car itself is phenomenal. If you are looking at a Polestar, this is the place to go. This is my second car purchased from Lafontaine Group dealership and I have never had an issue. Ask for Jackie for a great salesperson.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Spent 6 weeks lurking before finally purchasing my Polestar 3. Greg was very patient each time I stopped in asking random questions.
