The Polestar Philadelphia dealer in King of Prussia provides excellent customer service. David N. took me for a test drive in a Polestar 3 - what a car! - and explained all of the features to me. He let me extend the drive so I could try the lane-change assist and other safety features, showed me how to adjust one-pedal braking, and went over all the features of the fantastic sound system. He promptly answered all of my follow-up questions by e-mail, and never pressured me to purchase. I love Polestar, and David is a great representative!
