I had a truly wonderful experience with getting my car repaired at Pro Team Collision. Adam and Shannon were so kind and helpful during the entire process and arranged for my rental car to be dropped off and picked up at their shop. I received consistent communication on the status of my car via text. Even with the snowstorm we had in January, my car repairs were finished on-time. They were able to repair the side-swipe damage from my recent collision as well as additional damage from last summer at a much lower cost than what my other mechanic had quoted me. My car looks beautiful and brand new again! I live about an hour away from Pro Team Collision, but I will come to them again should something happen in the future and recommended this shop to all of my coworkers and family. P.S. Don

Had an unfortunate accident with a deer with my brand new Kia Carnival. Adam and team was super from the start. They were very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. My car had pretty extensive damage and the whole process took about 40 days total. They updated me every step of the way via text up until it was complete. Not to mention the car looked brand new again. It was a great experience given the circumstances. Highly recommend this place for any collision work.

Of course, unfortunate things happen, but I’m so glad I chose Pro Team Collision in King Of Prussia for my Honda CR-V. They came highly recommended to me, and I’d like to do the same. The team was very efficient and communicative throughout the entire process. They worked directly with the insurance company, guided me through every step, and even arranged my rental car—which took so much stress off my plate. To top it off, they finished the work sooner than expected! Everyone I interacted with, both in the office and behind the scenes, was welcoming, helpful, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Pro Team Collision to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

Getting into an accident isn’t a fun process to go through, but Pro Team Collision was great to work with. They were attentive and detailed with their work and explained every step of the process to me along the way. Insurance companies tend to drag things out and try to cut costs, but I was very happy with Pro Team and feel like they had my best interest in mind the entire time. I think they do very good/honest work and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs help with collision damage.

A deer ran into my car so I needed work done to repair the damage to the left side of my car. Pro Team Collision went above any beyond repairing my car to the point of it feeling almost brand new when I got it back. Everyone that works there was extremely friendly and helpful with explaining the repair that would take place and the time frame of the repair, helped arrange a rental car for me, and kept me up to date almost daily with how the repair was going. I hopefully will not need to use their services again anytime soon, but it if I ever need them, there is no where else I would rather take my car for a repair like this. Would recommend to anyone needing their services.
