2 Stars for a big failure to communicate or be responsible in conducting business. We made an appointment with James a week before the day of said detailing and I clearly heard be at business at 8am...then after a few days James called stating 8:30 am. We had informed him we were renting a car and no rush on our vehicle . The day before the appointment we verified the time and were told 9am by James and asked to send pictures even though we discussed this in detail. After that ,apparently James called and left a message stating he could not make his scheduled appointment ,I work till 10 pm and didn't notice it. My suggestion is in events like this pick up your phone and call the client the next morning cause this was very frustrating and very unusual chaotic behavior...Lotta time wasted

James at Polish Masters provided outstanding services that successfully revitalized my 2025 Honda Pilot, making it look brand new again and even exceeding its original appearance. Nevertheless, keeping the vehicle immaculate is difficult due to my sizable family and demanding schedule. James displayed exceptional courtesy by allowing me to bring the vehicle in to rectify an issue with paint on the inside of the windshield that arose at the dealership. I will undoubtedly be a repeat customer, valuing James' knowledge and generosity.

Had my 2020 Lincoln Corsair detailed and truly had no idea what to expect as I had never had any of my cars detailed. WOW it looked brand new Love the products they used Will definitely be back.

James is very knowledgeable and passionate about the detailing business. He helped me decide what I needed to do to help the longevity of my cars paint. He made my car look better than when it came off the lot!

I wasn't able to get in for a detail but I had a small window in my schedule. My fault for waiting too late. They will be my shop because how I was treated on the phone and their willingness to help me get in. It was all on me. Seen their work and it is gooood
