Pomona Express Car Wash

They had an old man wash the car with water and foam first, omg I am confused I bought a hand wash service? Was the car washing machine just for show? Besides, after it was done, the car wasn't dried with air, and I had to do it myself. The vacuum cleaner was so weak that it couldn't suck up the dirt.

I came for a short car wash until I am able to go to my regular hand car wash a week later. My car was really dirty and I just wanted something quick. It didn’t take long before my car was next but the guy seemed to not want to take my car. After I got my car washed and paid I noticed for the other cars he washed theirs with a brush and mine was not washed only sprayed I am not sure if this is due to the different options. The vacuums had no suction after I went to 2 different spots. Unfortunately you get what you pay for but my car is still dirty. I will just be going to my normal hand car wash from now on.

Went there on 07/18/24 and I got the $12 wash and the scrubbers actually broke my license plate frame and bend my license plate not to mention my car had a whole bunch of little soap spots everywhere. I had to go to another car wash and just wash my car myself. And the wist part was there was a man sitting outside of part where you wash your cars and just watch the whole thing. Also they have a big sign in the entrance that they are not responsible for any damages.

Friendly and fast service. They offer Military Discount also, which is nice. My Suv came out nice and clean and vacuumed, as well as Tire Shine, which lasted a day . But overall, great, no crowd

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The guy working in front of the entrance of the wash ramp is a bad and evil man. He likes to pick on and insult women. He is very mean and yells at people. The car wash leaves dirt on your car after it is finished. The worker there, (I believe it is the owner) doesn't do his job that was paid for and is very disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone to use this car wash. Better to choose another car wash.
