Don't recommend to select this location for Kia service. I scheduled 3 times but never had things done due to no tech available or no equipment.

Always get my Kia serviced here. Staff is friendly, there's water in the waiting room and they are very efficient. Only thing is the WiFi is a bit slow in the waiting room.

I only have had great experiences here. I can expect all work to be done in a timely manner and the service coordinator gave me the best options when I needed to have my mirror replaced. I’ve been to Mazda and Honda dealers to service my other cars and have never felt so we’ll take care of. I don’t feel cheated or get that vibe they’re trying to rip you off. They definitely take care of their customers. Would consider buying my next car here just to keep the service team.

Best customer service I have experienced in any Kia Dealership Parts Department. I went in and told them what I needed, and they asked some follow-up questions, and Bang gave me what I needed. Plus, the cost of the item I needed was way cheaper than the price I was given at the Covina dealership. I recommend calling this place first before calling other parts department (Kia).

Doesn’t even deserve a star! Very disappointing at this place they gave you the runaround when you try to talk to the Manager. They make things up so the Manager is outside manager is on a call. As well as the service people are very rude.
