Pomp's Tire Service

Normally I love pomp’s tire they have been friendly but a recent experience with them has definitely made me look into taking my business elsewhere. Had two new steer tires put on one of my trucks Friday they balanced one didn’t balance the other so took it back Monday to be told oh well we don’t balance the tires unless requested who gets brand new tires and doesn’t balance them then to tell me a extra $50 to balance the one tire that wasn’t balanced and I was not informed or made aware of any price to balance so I assumed the balance was included. Highly disappointed in the service provided.

I want to thank this company for their prompt and professional work. My driver had a flat tire, but with the help of this company's service, we were back on the road in less than no time. I especially want to thank Brian (dispatch). This man really knows his stuff. Despite the language barrier, he still calmly explained everything, which is why he deserves the award.
