this people are completely crooks =, the sell me a car and when I was 6 months away to finish my payments. They came and repo my car because I was 10 days late in one payment. the owner only said that it wasn't his fault, he keep claiming on a lender. but he never provide a lender information to me. be care full with this dealer......they are not honest at all.

I have always had a professional and pleasant experience at Pondella Auto Mall. They are extremely nice people and stand behind every one of the cars they sell - for the life of the vehicle! You'd be hard pressed to find that kind of commitment anywhere else. They know the business inside and out and automate what is usually an extremely lengthy purchase process. Whenever anyone asks me who I'd recommend for truly reliable vehicles, Pondella Auto Mall is always my very first recommendation.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. 3 days after buying a 2002 VW Beetle for 3K the motor blew and had to be replaced. They said they would give me a "deal" by putting in a used motor for 1K. Less than 3 months later the motor started giving me problems and their so called one year warranty wouldn't cover the replacement citing that I had caused the engine problems... I guess driving a car and getting regular maintenance caused the engine to go bad? Other than that I've had to replace the tires, the radiator, the wiring to open the trunk, the AC went out, the speedometer gauge and the list goes on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS DEALER, THEY ARE THE WORST IN THE COUNTY AND POSSIBLY THE STATE OF FLORIDA!

Never purchased a car there but the building is easy to find very accessible clean good parking nice building well-kept good stock of automobiles out front

Owner not friendly and doesn't really seem interested in selling any vehicles, tried for 3 days to see the interior of a car, but never had keys or battery down etc... More like a launderer ...
