We really appreciated the time Tyrone spent helping us. He was extremely kind and patient. We were looking for a minivan, but found they had very little inventory. However, if you're looking for a blinged-out, lifted Taco, this is definitely the place!

Highly do not recommend this dealership. Within the first several minutes of arriving to the lot and interacting with the salesperson by the name of Uncle Mitch, I could tell that I didn’t want to proceed with bringing any business here. I immediately left after being there for a mere five minutes. I showed up with my family looking to buy a used car within a set budget and the salesman had a very lazy, nonchalant approach when speaking with me. He had also delayed coming up to me long after seeing me. Terrible sales pitch, poor customer service, no aloha. As a local of this island, I would never look in the direction of this dealership when buying another used vehicle.

A 5 star Thank you! We were out of town with a rental car and we got a flat tire. We limped the car into their parking lot and while on the phone with the rental company the kind staff at Ponos offered to fix the tire free of charge. Within a few minutes they got the tire all patched up and got us back on the road and enjoying our trip saving us time and money. If I was ever in Hawaii and needed a used car I would shop at Ponos. Thanks again for your kindness today!!

They have really nice vehicles on there lot. The salesman Tim is really cool and professional. The owner Eric really goes above and beyond for his clients even after the purchase is made. You don't find business owners like him anymore. And he's well know for supporting his community and giving back. If your looking for a great used car go see the guys at ponos used cars, you definitely won't regret it!

Make sure you get all the car facts of the vehicle your interested in before you make the purchase here. Sadly we learned our lesson. On 5/4/20 we got a 2013 Dodge 1500... A LEMON! Yes it’s a “AS IS” sale but being honest with your vehicle sale would have been great. Do dealerships not have inspections on the vehicles they sell & just stay strong to their “AS IS” policy having someone get a vehicle that will just break down and not last a month or even a year? Luckily they let their partner mechanic shop take care of the few issues we found after having the truck for 4 days, but they wouldn’t take care of the additional problems we brought up when we drove back there since it wasn’t mentioned over the phone.
