Poor Boy Kustomz

Extremely unreliable, incompetent and sketchy. Had taken my vehicle there early 2023 and he had it for 8 months and did little to nothing to it and when I’d call them and ask about it, they would ignore my calls and duck me. The people that run this shop are the best in SW Kansas if you want to waste your time and money.

I do not recommend. I called multiple times on different days different hours and still no answer. So I went to location in person and talk to the owner about getting remote start put on and he said yes and he could do it on Monday and he said he will call me later to confirm price and time. Monday comes around and no phone call so I called them around 12 Monday did not answer so I went on their website and email them and nothing. I guess they dont want my business and that's okay its 300 dollars they are not getting. Very unprofessional and I'm done with them. Very poor communication

The guys are always helpful and kind. They do great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. Have tried to contact Randle for months and no answer. My vehicle is no longer on the lot and I cannot get an answer as to where it is. 100% would not recommend going there for anything.
