Pop's Auto Repair

Got off exit heading south because of car engine failure. They got our car to their shop, replaced pulley and belt and got us back on the road in a hour. Family oriented and very friendly!! Great experience all the way around.

Traveling up the East coast, I had a major coolant leak issue with my car and Pop's Auto Repair not only took me in right away, but went above an beyond to fix my issue. The charge was surprisingly low, and when I offered to pay him more, he would not accept it. This family run business reminds me of businesses of yesteryear... ethical and truely caring! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road, same day!

Came in to get power steering return line fixed. Absolutely excellent experience all the way through, starting from Pipers service over the phone to the diligent and efficient work done by the mechanics that day, (whom I sadly do not remember the names of) Power steering fluid reservoir looks perfect, no aeration at all. No more leaks and a very delighted customer. This shop is incredibly honest and is an awesome breath of fresh air.

While on a road trip, we encountered some unexpected tire issues that needed to be addressed quickly. We called six auto/tire shops, we had one of the six places answer and she could only give us grunts and “yeah”. On our last and seventh call, we were greeted by a pleasant and confident voice. They were able to get us in quickly and back on the road in NO time. They were also able to give us helpful information incase this situation happens again while on our trip. We wish more places like this were local to us. Pop’s Auto Repair is a nice reminder of how wonderful family-owned businesses are!

No communication and didn't complete the work! Very unsatisfied! If I had to hear George is out of town and will address it when he gets back one more time. Of course I heard nothing back until I called 10 days later. Very rude! Claiming I cost him money! Unbelievable! Do not recommend.
