These folks took grand care of me, I had a blow out on 95 and barely made it to a gas station. Has an anticipation of lot of work to be done to get the car there etc… They arranged the tow truck, replaced the tired in like 20 minutes and by the time I got there to pick it up it was ready!! Tesla model 3 (they work on teslas and there were no error codes etc) and my customer service rep was so kind and helpful. (Her name is Taylor) the bathrooms were clean for a tire shop too! Michael was the gentleman who replaced the tire and he made solid recommendations without “selling” me on services. These folks are great 5/5
We were staying at a local KOA and noticed that our trailer had a flat. The staff there recommended Ridgeland tire and auto. They were able to get us a replacement RV tire and had us on our way in no time at all. The service was great. We really appreciated the professionalism and help. Especially grateful knowing we had to head back to Illinois and wanted to be safe! Thanks again for the great service.
We arrived at closing time on a Friday. We had tire issues half way through our 1000 mile trip. The Ridgeland team jumped on our issues. Set of new tires in 30 minutes and wexwere on our way. Spectacular. Friendly. Knowledgeable.
Great service! Reminder phone call the day before. Honest and upfront about the services needed or not needed. Polite amd prompt service. I would definitely do more business there.
They are extremely courteous and friendly people! I was traveling with my whole family, dogs, baby, grandma, cousins, mother in law… literally everyone! When my car started to make some weird noise! The problem was the water pump and the belt. I was lucky to even get there! But way more lucky to have found these place! They are the best auto shop I have ever been for sure. Great hospitality and amazing helping hearts. I cannot thank them enough! Specially in our situation when we were passing by on a holiday eve! Thank you very much y’all and I wish many new clients and success to you. We are very grateful for everything you’ve done for us 🙏
