Another amazing experience at Porsche Ray Catena of Edison ! It’s been one year with Porsche so I was due for service. A loaner was provided upon booking my appointment with absolutely no hesitation. Everything went very smoothly. They are organized and very punctional. Mike Indyk in the service department helped get my paperwork going, made sure my loaner was ready and had me on my way very quickly. He also made sure my car was ready in the time I needed it back! I worked with Jimmy Hernandez at Ray Catena Porsche. He was extremely communicative and kept me in the loop for the entire process. He processed great options and was very helpful.

Needed wheel and tire repair and have expiring tire/wheel warranty (non- Porsche purchased from this dealership with CPO Macan). Warranty company didn’t want to pay for 2 tires that were damaged and should have been covered. Service advisor advocated for me and got the job done. I was at a gas station and the gas tank door on my Macan was stuck and would not open. We were an hour from home and didn’t have enough gas to get back so you can imagine my panic. I called Ray Catena and they were able to walk me through finding the emergency release in the trunk and pulling the string to release it. Needless to say I’m so thankful to them for their help, especially on a Saturday! We’ve been loyal Ray Catena clients for many years and will continue to do so. Also important to note that I tried calling another Porsche dealer and couldn’t even figure out how to get through to an actual person so the fact that someone actually answered the phone at Ray Catena is another huge plus!
