Outstanding service at Porsche Jacksonville… Customer since 1958, 17th Porsche. Destin took immediate ownership of an urgent service matter on my Cayenne Diesel including coordinating after-hours drop off and putting it in line for service in the morning. Excellent communication- service was perfect and professional- got me back on the road the same day. Couldn’t have been happier. Great job!

100%🙌🙌😁 First, this was my first Porsche experience and it has been awesome. Since owning the car, the customer experience is second to none. I’m pretty much Porsche-for-life (so much more tha great service). Second, Jen and the amazing team at JAX Porsche were fantastic. I was constantly updated on the car, they took initiative to check other items and make repairs within my warranty (I didn’t have to ask). They were responsive at every level and truly make you feel welcomed. Seriously. Third, they treated me like a human being. I’m telling you, my children’s children will own a Porsche and we will have them serviced at JAX for years to come. Thank you!!!

If I would have written a description of how I wished a service experience would go I could not have improved on the experience I actually had. Ready for me when I pulled in, educated on why I was there, thorough on the preflight, perfect. Then I was shown to the breakfast bar which I used and was wonderful. Then I was notified that service was complete along with a wash and vacuum and I was on my way as planned!

Yara provided excellent service, as you would hope for with a luxury vehicle. The details matters and she was on top of each and every one. She went above and beyond on several items, was proactive, fair, and honest. I wish these weren’t such notable attributes but all dealers and service reps are not equal. Thankfully Porsche Jacksonville and Yara combined for a wonderful experience. Looking forward to years of service with this fantastic team.

Yara Krejci was my service representative. She was outstanding. I had very poor service from Progressive claims in handling my claim. Yara was vigilant in an effort to get them to be responsive. She got them what they needed and got my Porsche scheduled and repaired. I had been a month trying to get Progressive to be responsive. Yara was tenacious in getting the claims rep to get an adjuster to approve the work that had to be done. Highly recommend Jacksonville Porsche service and especially Yara!
