My service advisor, Lauryn, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, and she kept me consistently informed throughout the entire process. She made everything seamless and stress-free. When I received my car back, it was returned in perfect condition! immaculately clean inside and out, which I greatly appreciated. I have a Taycan Turbo. I received a recall notice relating the battery. The service advisor - Alex, the loaner car coordinator, and the service manager, they were all involved in the process.
