Unbelievable how inept the service center and management are. If you have a choice, go to KC or OKC. Delivered my vehicle to me without torquing the front end to spec, damaged the steering system then blamed me for their ineptness, finally they disnt install the steering components properly causing loss of power steering and told me to take it to an independent shop because they don’t warranty their own work. Indy shop fixed the issue they caused in less than an hour. Would it be a bad idea to ensure you reinstalled hoses with the clamps? Absolutely inept and incompetent techs and management.
Fantastic experience with Linda at Porsche Wichita. If you need any service done on your Porsche, this is the place to do it. Great communication, great customer experience. 10/10 all around.
