They were all helpful. Tonya made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. They let me know what I have to do to take care of my tires. She is so nice sweet and funny. My wait time was reasonable.

Had a horrible night last night with my tires, alignment and plenty more. Laura was very helpful with finding ways for me to pay. Very kind, understanding, and patient. Someone give her a raise! Also Eddie was very kind and personable to speak with. He brought me back and showed me the issues. I also didn’t feel the scary pressure you typically get when going to get your car serviced

I used to buy all my tires from Porterfield tire. I guess they changed ownership and they did not want to honor my lifetime tire balance on a set of four tires that I had purchased at this location. I had to argue tooth & nail with them to get them to honor it, which I thought was pretty lousy. They said next time I have to pay when it was their policy to have a lifetime tire balance. This is no way to keep customers and I’ve spoken to friends of mine and they all had the same sentiment about this new ownership. 👎

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and truly cared about making sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service and quality!
