Great service and super nice. A part of my car was dragging underneath the car and making a very loud noise. The guy checked it out and did a short term fix in about 30 seconds and didn’t charge us! 10/10 recommend!!

This shop does everything! They are incredible, straight forward people who will be honest with you and actually help. They go over my vehicle top to bottom, let me know what I will have to have done in the future, and identify the order of what needs to be done first-last. I trust them with any vehicle and I will be continuing to go to them no matter what car I have! I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Especially if you have a subaru.

Portland Service Center is the most trusted place to bring a car or truck in the entire area. They only repair what is needed and always tell you about how much longer items in the vehicle will likely need changing. Always honest. Always friendly and also affordable. As always your customer service was exceptional! It was Friday after my dental appointment when I called you because my Subaru sounded like a race car when I started it. Without hesitation you said bring it right over! In 45 min my muffler was repaired and I was on my way!!!

I don't leave reviews, generally speaking. But these guys will from now and on be the first place I call if and when I ever need someone to work on my car. I'm a back yard mechanic and have been scratching my head all week on an issue I could not figure out. 5 minutes on the phone with these guys, they helped me solve the issue. They didn't tell me to tow it in, they didn't tell me they don't know with seeing it. The guy on the phone actually wanted to help me, he didn't just sound like he wanted to help. I'm an empath.
