After recently purchasing two used BMWs for family, a classic 1999 M3 and a beautiful 2015 335i, a few of those inevitable older BMW issues popped up on both cars. The M3's 27 year old radiator sprang a leak from its plastic hose fittings. Tom was great about using an all aluminum high performance radiator we found at ECS tuning, a beautiful piece and cheaper than OEM. While the car was in the shop we also replaced a damaged tire and serviced all the fluids (oil, differential, gearbox, coolant, power steering, brake, clutch), and installed a set of stainless steel brake lines. I had a chance to drive and inspect the car. The work looks flawless and the car is running like a champ. The 335i work was a bit more involved I'm afraid. Even with only 36k miles, at 11 years old the car had the us

I own my own business and own a Mercedes Sprinter 2500. I've been taking it for oil changes and preventive maintenance to the dealer. I decided to try Potters because my family takes their import cars to them for service. I was blown away by the service and customer service they provide. At the dealership for this kind of service they have my van for 5 to 6 days. Potters had it serviced and back to me the next day. They told me what to watch out for and what services may be needed in the future. There was no pressure or "upsell' like I found at the dealership. Plus he did it for half the cost. He went through my bill with me and made sure I understood what I was paying for. Now I compared an old dealership bill / work order and his work order. The price in labor was significantly

I have a 2015 Mercedes ML250 Diesel and I accidentally put DEF fluid into the fuel tank. I'm no fool. I did all of my research on how to fix the problem so I knew EXACTLY what needed to be done and about how much it should cost. For some reason, and I suspect this was a ploy to get more money out of me.. they tried to go through the Gas cap and fuel filler neck to suck the fuel out. Mercedes has some electrical stuff in place to stop that from happening. It's so people can't steal your fuel. This tactic did not work. That's all fine and dandy but they CHARGED ME labor for an unsuccessful repair tactic. The proper procedure is to lift the truck up, drop the fuel tank and drain the fuel that way. Then flush the lines and replace the fuel filter. Total cost should be no more than $400-$500.

Thank you for the team at Potter's Precision for getting my wife's Mercedes E350 back to tip top performance. Prior to taking the car to Potter's I was afraid it might be time to purchase another car for my wife. My wife was sad because she loves her car she affectionately calls "Sadie" This car belonged to my parents and has a special place in my heart as well. Tom's attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

ML320 cdi Mercedes high mileage and well maintained was in limp mode, diagnosis was failing turbocharger and possible electrical issue. This shop was recommended .They ,replaced turbo and refreshened one side of wires to MAF sensor. Garage commented fuel pump was not providing enough fuel pressure to new turbo. Owner suggested reliable after market fuel pump and installed. Also installed oil filter housing without consent claiming moderate oil leak which I have never noticed and the filter housing seals were recently replaced. After leaving the shop and driving about 20 min, vehicle broke down on Howard Franklin Bridge and was towed in. The fuel pump system was not providing fuel to engine. I initially asked for OEM pump and they said that was not necessary, when asked again they complie
