If I could give 5 extra stars I would!! Beyond grateful and satisfied with the experience purchasing our first RV here. The assistant manager Courtney went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Nick made the sales experience 10/10. Jerry taught us everything and gave us the comfort and confidence to begin this new chapter. Thank you to Colby for helping us understand the financing side of things! Great experience. Great value. As newbies to the camping RV World we were very concerned about learning all the ins and outs. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Nick and his knowledge and expertise put us at ease right from the get-go. Very patient and took as much time as needed to go over all the different options. After looking at quite a few we decided on the one. A major part of the decision was based on the sense of security and confidence that Nick provided for us. Dealing with the financial part was even easier than I expected. Came here to look around and buy an RV, I was at a couple RV Dealer lots the beginning of Sept and didn’t really like anything I was looking at until I came to Poulsbo RV and was greeted by Matt. Matt was amazing! He’s very informative! He’s very funny and friendly! Taught me a lot that I didn’t know and was thoughtful about my safety! They were able to work with me during a family emergency Into getting my amazing RV that I will be enjoying this fall! Already got my route mapped out! Amazing sales team gave us a great deal on our trade in. The service department was able to get the extras installed before the walk thru fpur days later. Camping World lost a customer thats for sure.

After purchasing a trailer, we noticed some damage upon delivery. We were referred to Poulsbo RV for warranty service. Courtney, on the Service side is a Customer Service Rockstar! Usually, when you drop something off for repair, there is this ‘Black Hole’ phase, where you won’t hear anything from the service provider for weeks. Courtney however, promised an update every Friday! We literally had an update every week - even if there was no progress. We picked up the trailer last week, well ahead when we thought we’d get it back. Thanks Courtney, for your consistency, and integrity!
