Had the best experience with Powells towing and recovery! During the random and rare snow storm we got here in NC, I was all ready having car issues and my car finally would not start. I was not able to jump it myself so I got road side assistance for a tow. Before they towed it away they took the time to understand the issues and decided to jump the car. They made sure it stayed running for a while but unfortunately my battery was a goner. They gave me great recommendations on where to get an affordable battery and services. After all of it they even offered to install it themselves on another day! They came back a week later and installed a new battery for me in there all ready busy day in less than 20 minutes. My mom was in an accident and these guys towed her totaled vehicle. They are incredibly kind and helpful. They helped her clean out her vehicle first thing in the morning and let us know to not hesitate if we needed anything else. I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow service!
