They have helped my wife with tire issues on the spot several times. I had an issue with my truck this past week. They got it done a day early and $100 cheaper than expected. They are straight and to the point. Some people take that as being rude. And I think that’s where some of the comments here may come from. Straight forward doesn’t bother me when the job is done fast, affordable and well. Will be back and I recommend their service.

The people at Yopps are fantastic!!! I purchased 4 tires at a different company and the work was completely unacceptable. Yopps fixed all the issues with no problems and at a very reasonable price. Special shout out to AJ, who showed us what had been done wrong by the other company and told us every step of the way what really should have been done. I can’t say enough good things about Yopps. Thank you Yopps for fixing this nightmare for us.

You guys left my elderly mom's car 2 quarts low on the last oil change. No leaks. No burning oil. Only answer is on the oil change yall didnt put enough in it.

Honest mechanic shop. On one occasion, they spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting a suspension noise. When it proved to be a non-issue, they wouldn't take any money for the time they spent troubleshooting. Glad to have a good local mechanic shop.

My significant other went here for a simple tire rotation and oil change. A simple question was asked about getting a new tire in the process. The man at the desk leaned back in his chair, raised his eyebrows and laughed. This takes effort to be this rude and inconsiderate towards a paying customer. He is condescending and if this type of customer service is the standard here, then there are bigger problems within the shop that exist. I do not recommend anyone to come here, regardless of the prices or the distance from community. They do not deserve your hard earned money or business.
