I have owned a diesel repair shop for more than 26 years. One of my vehicles broke down in Redmond Oregon and luckily by Powerhaus Diesel. The owner Josh was absolutely amazing. He stopped work on his other jobs and worked on my truck until 10:00pm. He is extremely fair on his price and didn’t even charge me any extra for him working so late. He is honestly, trustworthy and excellent at his job. I highly recommend Josh and Powerhaus Diesel.

At first, I was impressed with how quickly Powerhaus was able to get my truck in to replace the starter. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. After dropping off my vehicle, I didn’t hear anything for two weeks. When I finally called to check in, I was told the work had been completed days earlier—even though no one had notified me. After picking up my truck, it immediately began having the same issues, despite the brand-new starter I had paid for. I called Powerhaus back, and they offered to come to my home to take a look since the truck wouldn’t start. The front desk assured me someone would come by on three different occasions, yet no one ever showed up. I called the shop every day for a week, and not a single call was answered or returned. Josh did a great job finding a electrical issue I had come up while returning from a hunt and had to make a emergency truck drop off while passing through Redmond. He waited for me to get there, gave me the time to get my gear and stuff transferred to a buddy's rig so I could continue my trip home. Had the truck diagnosed and parts coming in short period of time and made sure the wiring fix was all done correctly with new pigtail & plug. Being a electrical issue, I feel the price he charged for the time it took to diagnose, removal, repair & reinstall of components was very fair. So my daughter's vehicle was estimated over $1200. From dealership for a bad computer she wanted another estimate from a private garage and to her astonishment it wasn't her vehicle computer at all and they could fix it for less than half the price the other dealership wanted so a couple of days later her car ran perfectly and very pleased with the job well done. Josh the owner is a trustworthy business man and honestly is the best policy so people can trust that they will get a honest estimate on what is really wrong with the vehicle. Word of mouth is everything in a business of this nature there is so much competition that it's hard to weed out the fraudulent ones because there is so many of them so rest assured you will get a honest estimate and a great price for sure. Josh! Couldn’t thank you enough for fixing our POS rental car so we could safely get back to Vegas, we did and we appreciate you so much!
