I contacted this body shop as a lienholder calling from a dealership in Houston, TX to confirm whether our truck was in their possession and to request basic vehicle-status information. The man who answered told me to contact the insurance company instead. When I clarified that I was calling as the lienholder, he responded that he “didn’t care if I was the president.” This was extremely rude and unprofessional. His response prompted me to research New York State law regarding body shops and lienholders, as in Texas body shops routinely provide basic vehicle information to lienholders. What I found is that in New York, a body shop is generally not allowed to refuse basic vehicle-status information to a lienholder. Amazing place to get your vehicle worked on, these guys went above and beyond and brought my car back to its pristine condition. The car looked like it was fresh out of the factory. Definitely recommend these guys they do top notch work you will not be disappointed.

My vehicle was completed in 2 days. I was hesitant in the insurance company sending me to their shop but I must say I am truly impressed by the quality of the work.
