Purchased a new Beta EVO trials bike from them in 2021 and could not be happier with the purchase experience and the bike. I wasn't sure I wanted and Tom, the owner literally let me take is bike for a test ride to help me figure things out. Couldn't be more happy with purchase process and follow-up after the sale.

Next level customer service, next level inventory, next level riding abilities, there’s literally a motorcycle museum at their shop and a plethora of knowledge. They helped me out with advice for free, helped me fix multiple things for a very reasonable prices and sold me a bad ass Trials bike to help me step up my “off road” game. I’ll stop listing of compliments there, but it actually continues. If you don’t like this shop and the guys down there, you’re probably the problem.

The gents at Powerline are top notch. They took great care of my HD CVO all winter, did some mods, did some maintenance, and now I'm ready to ride!

Had high hopes, but very disappointed. Powerline Cycles had my bike for almost a year for a full engine rebuild. When I finally got it back the motor was leaking three days later. I brought it back in, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge me again. After waiting that long and still not getting a lasting repair, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.
