Don’t bother unless you are just getting an oil change or tires put on. That’s all they are interested in. Asked them to install new gears on my bike and told them I didn’t care about cost. Still didn’t want to do it. On one of the most simple and mass produced bikes ever made-Drz400. Not a very good local resource anymore. Just go to Prescott valley or chino and you can find a mechanic that’s interested in making money.

Quoted me $250 for new tires over the phone. $200 if I remove the rims from the bike. I removed the rims and brought them in and after they were done I sent my wife to pick them up. She bought an additional $30 shirt and left there with a $310 bill. Spoke with the manager who did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Guess they need to scam a few bucks cause business is slow. I’ll never let anyone I know go to them for anything

Matt and all of his staff are awesome and I've sold a couple bikes through the store and they did me right. I also have them service my Moto Guzzi Norge and a few of my other bikes and they are dependable, fix things right and their labor charges are very fair. Very highly recommended!!!

Matt and his staff absolutely rock! I know they'll always take care of my bike like it was their own ZX9R. They got me in on Thursday afternoon and out on Friday morning. Great service and the bill was less than the quote!! Best bike shop in Prescott, hands down. So good, Matt will be moving to a larger space soon right off of Whiskey Row. My business will be going with him! 👍👍

I am on a US tour and i worked with Matt in advance to get some service work that I would need done based on mileage They were very responsive and easy to work with. When I got there today, they got right on it. Gave me a place to put my gear while they worked on the bike and I was able to check out the town. They are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area. At least visit the shop, they have some nice inventory in house. Jerry
