Came in for a state inspection for the first time. The online process was easy, and I was able to easily reschedule when I suddenly developed a crack in my windshield, and had to take care of that first. The staff are kind and friendly, and I was never made to feel uncomfortable. They were honest with me, and gently explained that my rear brakes were shot. The gentleman was patient while I called my husband to quickly discuss an unexpected expense, and they got to work quickly as soon as they had the green light. My car was immediately cared for, and my brakes are working well. It took less than two hours to do repairs and the inspection, much faster than I had expected!
