I found a really nice travel trailer toy hauler, and spoke a couple times with Bryce the salesman. The pitchers were fantastic. It was a well kept unit, My wife and I jumped in the truck and made a quick trip down to Texas from California. We drove on the lot and met Bryce and a gentlemen that was giving us a walk-through on the unit. Unfortunately, I found an issue that wasn’t covered by the pictures and after Careful consideration I wasn’t happy with the look of the black gray dump pipe it looks like it was possibly damaged because it’s so low to the bottom of the trailer. I was informed by the manager of PPL he guaranteed me it wasn’t leaking and they would have it worked on by a mobile technician in my area and would take care of the repair bill, that was very kind and a great way to

We, unfortunately, did not complete our purchase after locating a discrepancy with the unit (which was no fault of PPL Motor Homes or staff). When we expressed our concern and reluctance to complete the transaction, Margarito was very receptive and gracious enough to give us a full refund of our deposit and one half of the inspection fee. John Bleyer, the tech that did my final walkthrough, far exceeded my expectations! Even though this unit was previously owned with several modifications he knew of all the upgrades and demonstrated how to operate them properly! I came away with confidence that this unit had been checked over thoroughly and it was in top shape! Thank you to the entire PPL Decatur Team for a smooth purchase and finance process.
