P.R. Auto Repair

Pedro himself is a very good mechanic and does good work at competitive prices. But his other worker (the old guy) SUCKS! He replaced the brakes on my car and a week later the wheel studs broke off due to improper installation and I was almost stranded away from home! The work isn’t guaranteed so there wasn’t a point in going to go see him again. So I ended up having to go to another mechanic and ya not great. Pedro himself has done great work on the rest of my car for the past few months so I may or may not come back. It’s kind of hit or miss at this point :/

Pedro was very easy to work with and this shop was by far the best price for the repair I was looking for. They got me in on short notice and my vehicle was ready the same day! Will definitely do business with them again in the future. Not sure what the few bad reviews on here are about, this place was great! Thanks again, Pedro.

Best mechanic in this city! He helps out who he can. The ones who are complaining are the ones who can’t afford the prices’ if you want your car rushed before other people who was there before you. Don’t cry about what he charges you. The ones who report bad is the ones who don’t understand a busy business!

I have been using Pedro and P.R. Auto for the past 2yrs. I just broke down the other day across the street from my daughters school and called him at 7am, and he was there to tow my car to his shop within 30mins. He’s always treated me like a V.I.P. and I’m just a normal schmo. He’s reasonably priced and absolutely knows what he’s doing. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. These people that have put up bad reviews are the ones that expect a busy shop to drop everything they’re doing and fix their vehicle in 10mins. I’ve waited a couple weeks to get my vehicle worked on because he had many vehicles ahead of me and he’s only 1 guy. He’s a hardworking father and believes in honesty,reliability,and integrity. Give him your business and you won’t be sorry!

When you have been waiting FOUR months for a simple car part to come in, it isn't worth it anymore. He could not fix what I needed him to do and it was just to order a side mirror. Edit: The owner says I didn’t pay for the part, so that’s why they didn’t order it... Wrong. We were willing to give you our money and business. We trusted you to order a simple car part in so that we can give you money for it. Isn’t that how a business works?? We offered to give you money before also, but you just didn’t want to do your job and order the part in. We were very patient with you and month after month came and you were still very unreliable. We found a better mechanic that could do the job in less that 2 weeks. It became obvious to us which businesses are good and not good at their job.
