had an excellent experience working with Liz and Heather throughout this entire process. They provided me with a loaner vehicle when I did not have a rental, which was extremely helpful while my car was being repaired. They kept me consistently updated on the status of my vehicle and the progress of the repairs. Both Liz and Heather were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and when I received my vehicle, the repairs were completed flawlessly—there was no indication of any prior damage. They also went above and beyond by detailing the car, sweeping it out, and returning it clean and fresh. Overall, I am highly satisfied with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with them from start to finish was AMAZING. I felt valued from the start by Liz. She checked on me, and my son before even asking anything else about my car. They paid for a tow truck from Newark to Grove City, which would have never been covered by my insurance. Saved me a lot of money. Liz filed my claim for me through Allstate (heaven send just for that lol). They paid for my deductible, tow truck, gave me a free car while my car was being fixed and were super friendly the entire time too! Love Liz and Heather! Want to start by saying I received a cold call from this shop, offering a free tow (from Marion), a free loaner vehicle, they'd pay part of my deductible, lifetime warranty their work, and get me in the next day. Texted my friends who asked "what's the catch?" I wanted to write a review to say there's no catch, dropped my car off and was out with the loaner in less than 20 minutes. They were always quick to reply to my texts or calls for updates. Loaner was completely free (minus gas of course). Got paperwork verifying the warranty. They paid half of my deductible. My car looks brand new (60,000 miles) and they even gave it a wash and cleaned up the inside. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone and thank Wes and Liz for all the communication and amazing work.

Did a great job with my Charger. Dealt primarily with Heather and Matt and both were helpful going above and beyond. Even got some work done for me that had nothing to do with the insurance claim at a good price. Very pleased!

Wanted to give you the review this place deserves, my car was rear ended back in the beginning of march, didn’t have a clue about this place they messaged me with name and number and I gave them a call as for I wasn’t 100% sure where I wanted to take my car, they told me they give out loaners for free, would waive my deductible, life time warranty on all of there work and they would clean it and detail it before returning, I wasn’t shocked but it had me, when I took my car to get an estimate, it was smooth and easy, I left that day in a rental. Two weeks later my car was done and looked more beautiful that before it got hit, they detailed it, cleaned it and fixed my hood (insurance didn’t want it fixed) and I couldn’t be more thankful, would recommend to all of my friends and family, wonde
