Precision Auto Body

On 2/19 I paid $96 to have the lip of my bumper reattached. All the screws were still in place but the little clamps in front had come apart. The lip was hanging down a bit but not near dragging. It looked liked it just needed to be clipped back in place. Precision reattached it the same day I brought it in. On 3/12 while driving on the highway it fell down and dragged the ground. I was very fortunate that nothing happened other than the lip getting damaged. I called Precision to discuss this and Andy immediately went into “if you’re asking me to buy you a new bumper I’m not doing that” and also blamed me saying I either hit something or pulled into a parking spot and pulled it off. I would recommend Precision Auto Body to all. My car was damaged when a driver rear ended me and Andy Downing with Precision made sure my car was repaired properly. He discussed the damages with the other driver's insurance company and when necessary he fought for me with the insurance company. Andy is a real asset to Precision Auto Body. The owner of Precision Auto Body, Bruce Lessner and Andy are very knowledgeable and repectful.

Bruce and Andy were a pleasure to work with! They were patient with insurance issues and meticulous with the repair. They take pride in their work and go above and beyond the expected. I recommend Precision Auto Body without reservation.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Precision. Andy and Bruce are both experienced, competent, and professional, and recommended a couple of different solutions for my body damage (one more and one less expensive). I went with the less expensive repair, and it turned out even better than anticipated. Additionally, the price was very reasonable and the turnaround time was excellent. If you're looking for an auto body shop you couldn't do better than to give these guys a shot.

Just had body work done at Precision. My car is a gorgeous red color and Precision did an awesome job. It looks beautiful - like brand new and its a 2013 model. Bruce and Andy are great to work with and helped all the way with the insurance and the rental car. They are great. Dottie J.
