PRECISION AUTO REPAIR

We had an issue with our brakes caused by another shop improperly installing the pads. They diagnosed, got us in immediately, and got us taken care of. Even got the auto parts shop to warranty our damaged pads. We really appreciate them as we were in town on a little vacation and they got us on our way home safely.

This is the only place in town I could find to work on my BMW 550i. The closest place was in Vegas, an hour and a half drive away. Precision Auto has reasonable pricing, and I had my car back the next day. Chris is the owner and he is awesome!

They're friendly, and they're prices are much better then other places. They know what they're doing and they get the work done when promised !! Thank you, Tom and Chris ... You Rock ❣️❣️

I've had an incredibly challenging experience with my car. After giving it to the shop to fix an overheating issue, it was really disappointing to see the problem persist and even escalate to a seized engine. The delays, lack of communication, and recurring issues were beyond frustrating. We were excited in December thinking we’d finally get the car back, but every time we were about to pick it up, a new problem would arise. When we finally got the car, it broke down again on the way home. After fixing a disconnected vacuum line ourselves, we discovered coolant and transmission leaks. Now, we're determined to fix these issues on our own because we can't trust that shop anymore. Looked around for mine quest for me to see what kind of deal they could do with me on a vehicle that I had and took care of me very very honest and reasonable. Chris is a good guy so the front desk and employees took a while, but the job got done, My Took my wife’s Mustang to get AC work service on it also took care of that for me. I won’t go anywhere else but here.
