There’s a saying that goes, trust is earned. Something that is hard pressed to do when you’re searching for an auto repair shop. To me, my car, is my lifeline. It is extremely important to my livelihood and overall quality of life. With all that being said, when I first heard of Precision, I was listening to radio deejay Pat Kelly. I also have a neighbor who has a Precision sticker on her car. When I first arrived, I thought, I have my mechanic that I trust so I don’t need another one. I scheduled an appointment for something not too serious with my truck, and Nick reached out to me to mention the pro’s and cons about the repair. He didn’t try to talk me into doing it, in fact, he encouraged saving money and not doing the repair since it really was not serious. Precious has Awesome customer service, super informative, and they are very interested in preventative maintenance.

I’m visiting the area and needed maintenance for my 2019 Range Rover, Velar. I did a quick search and found Precision. I was able to schedule an appointment online in just a couple of days. From the moment I walked into the office, Nick already had all my vehicle information ready. I needed new tires and they were able to order and replace them within days. The process was so efficient, friendly, professional and courteous. They didn’t try to oversell services and were very knowledgeable about the specifics of my vehicle. I will be going back for any maintenance or service and am so glad I found them. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Precision Auto. Very professional, very detailed and their customer service was amazing. I walked in their office with a smile and left with a smile. I have an older vehicle they have diagnosed. They called me about diagnoses and the steps he'd take to repair my old, high mileage Van. Also broke down the pricing of the repairs. Very reasonable 👌 I happened to Google highly rated auto shops. Guess what, Precision Auto came up. I called and the rest is history. I will forever go to Precision Auto. I've always fixed my own vehicle ( thanks to Googles help). But I just couldn't figure my van problem. Precision of course figured it !!! Thank you

Awesome experience with Precision Auto! They diagnosed my Buick Verano fast, had great customer service, and even let me leave my car a few extra days while I was out of town. Great pricing as well, my car is good as new! Definitely recommend & will be recommending to others!
