I had been in to Precision Auto Tune two different times., for two separate problems. Both times I was in their shop they treated me like they had known me for years. Very kind. They found the problems and quoted me a fair price before they started fixing the problem. Service was quick and accurate they even reached out to me after fixing it to find out how it was running. Just one time in the shop. They were able to relieve my stress by getting it fixed and the cost of it. I really recommend going to Precision Auto Tune for all your car repairs. I was in and out in a quick amount of time.. Go see Randy and Willy first and it will be the last time that you will need to go anywhere else...

The team at Precision Auto can be counted on to be fair, trustworthy and reliable - all the things you want in a trusted mechanic! They helped my family with an emergency situation over the holidays and were reasonable where other shops may have taken advantage. I highly recommend!

Took my car in for a starting problem. Just moved from Lincoln and was looking for a shop because I didn't wan't to drive it to my tech I had there. After a day of a no call back on the problem, I figured it hadn't been looked at. Went in just before closing, he said he found the problem. I passed on it due to not beliveing it and a high repair bill. Turned out it was of course misdiagnosed. Was a another problem with a module. I should of taken it back, because of my loss of a diagnostic cost, but didn't want to go back there. I guess you can take in your own hands where you want to take you're vehicle. Update from this review. After 3 more months of mis-diagnosis' from other shops, problem found as a bad computer.

This is the 2nd time we took a vehicle to this shop. Professional and courteous! We had the back brakes replaced. They did a great job, they even did a follow up text asking how they did. This is now our preferred shop here in town.

I made an appointment with them to have a clutch replacement done on my truck. I dropped it off Thursday morning and it was ready Friday morning. I couldn't ask for better service than that. Would highly recommend.
