Not a pleasant experience to break down, but if you have a break down, I wouldn’t want it to be anywhere but near Zoellner Ford. Exceptional service from the start. Arrived prior to shop hours but was greeted by Anthony in the Quick Lane Department and he got the check in process started and showed me around the waiting area, and got me settled. Very appreciative to him for his concern and helpfulness. Steve the Service Advisor was exceptional from beginning to end. Great communication and transparent with all the possible courses of action through the diagnosis, repair and warranty process. Could not be happier with the service I received.
