I talked to Frank about repairs for my vehicle and was told that I will get a call back a day to discuss plans to repair my vehicle as long as I sent the estimate I received from my insurance. It has been almost five days since then and no call backs. Not only that but when I call back the phone call is left ignored. I'm going to a different body shop
