Worst experience ever. They replaced 8 injectors on my diesel truck. 3 of them “went bad” and had to be replaced. They reluctantly replaced them and 6 months later one of the same injectors is bad again. I took it to a REPUTABLE auto shop and come to find that Precision didn’t put all the valve cover bolts back on the truck!! Stay far far away.

I had a Flat tire, and it was just about a little nail or screw hole that with a tire plug would be fixed. When I called them before towing my car there they told me they don't do tire plug that they only do patch it from the inside and it would be $64 and some change, since I had no other option near to get back on the road I had to do it so I took my car there. The owner, ugh, the most rude person since the begining, before even seing my tire he was already commenting like it might not be repairable. After a long wait while he got back in his office to just chat with two people that they even told him that I was waiting so he could attend me he told them something I couldn't hear but just kept chatting for another long time while I just waited. Then a mechanic that could barely drive man

If I could give a zero star I would most rude and unreliable shop I’ve ever been to in my life took so long to complete the work never received an itemized list of the work that was done until it was already finished work was done incorrectly The gaskets for my exhaust manifold fold ended up leaking and my truck was right back to The condition it was at when I brought it to the shop. He took the whole weekend to fix it and never gave me a call when it was finished. Then when I picked up my truck, it had more issues like all of the starter bolts being suspiciously loose all of a sudden. not a reliable shop.

If I could use only one word to describe the service I received it would be WOW!! My Excursion broke down and I was lucky enough that it broke down by Precision Automotive and Diesel. Rob quickly looked at my Diesel engine diagnosed the problems told me the cost. He is very open and forthcoming about his experience with 6.0 Diesel engines. His knowledge instantly made me realize I was fortunate to have broken down there. He provided several options in fixing my engine. I ultimately decided to have him replace everything that was wrong. In addition, he walked me through what I needed to do from this point forward in order to extend the life of my Diesel engine. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable about a 6.0 engine then Rob. Something strange is going on at this shop. Mary, the receptionist is kind and helpful. Matt, one of the diesel mechanics is thoughtful and conscientious - I think a very good mechanic. However, the owner, Rob...not sure. They had my work truck for over three months ('99 7.3) and it did not run any better after it was 'fixed'. The problem became worse over the next three weeks and so I took my truck to Metro Injection. Metro had my truck fixed in a week. I went back to Rob to speak with him in person and he denied having accidentaly missed or wrongly diagnosed.
