Soo Happy!!! Trade Zone Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air in an industry of smelly liars! Zack was WONDERFUL! My husband and I were looking to trade our car for something more conducive to our lifestyle and Zack came through for us with an SUV that was just perfect! The vehicle runs and looks great ! The deal we made was exactly the price we paid, whereas other dealers were adding additional thousands of dollars on top of the ticketed price tag??? That’s some scamming nonsense! Not Trade Zone Auto though, they are the perfect example of a good ol’ fashioned business looking to help people and not take advantage of you! (and that’s very rare these days). Thank you to Zack and the crew, we will absolutely bring any future business your way!

Update: They sent me to some random hole in the wall to get vehicle checked out, turns out the place they sent me to was a hardware store, not a reputable auto repair facility. The state of New Jersey says the vehicle is unfit to pass inspection, I attached the proof. Buy here at your own risk. If you noticed in their reply, they did everything but address the quality of the vehicle and the fact it won't pass inspection. This is what you can expect if you have any issues with them, combativeness and failure to address the issue, just misdirection and no accountability. When providing a service or product there needs to be a customer first attitude. It is wonderful to find a car dealer that operates with integrity and honesty. Zach in sales was great to work with. Mike, the owner, is far and away one of the best in the business. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right and the customer is happy. They will treat you fair and go the extra mile. You don't find many people who operate this way and i am glad that we purchased from them.

So here's the deal it took me a little while to leave this review because I wanted to ensure that my initial thought was how I truly felt so here goes. When I first bought my truck I was ecstatic to have a new vehicle. Upon purchasing the vehicle the rear differential has since started to leak The back windows do not go up and down unless they're instructed to by the switch at the driver door and most of all when I went to purchase the truck the guy named Zach pushed and pushed and pushed for cash and when I gave them a $2,500 down payment I didn't see on my paperwork until I was confirming everything with my finance bank that he claimed I only gave them a $2,000 down payment when in fact it was $2,500 so where did the other $500 in cash go?
