The men at this shop are very knowledgeable when it comes to your vehicle. Paul in the front office is very nice and does a great job at explaining what is needed to get you back on the road. This shop doesn't just take your money and half fix your vehicle and make you come back for more work. What they tell you the price is for the work being done, is that exactly! This shop is Highly recommend.

My Prius had a check engine light on, which had been diagnosed as a P1116. Google said to check certain things. My coolant level was low, possible cause. I called and spoke with Paul, he said that they work on Hybrids and to bring it by. A gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) added coolant (not where I expected it to go) and ran the diagnostics again. Same code. He checked further and the temperatures were only 3 degrees different (problem begins at 45 degrees.) He erased the P1116 code and told me if the check engine light came back to bring the car back in. They were friendly and courteous. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I will be back when the next service needs to be done. Highly recommend.

At first I thought this was Mechanic Heaven. The Owner was easy to work with and offered many helpful suggestions. Even allowed us to fix now and pay later in many situations just to keep our vehicles running. Until I needed to go to another shop for something he couldn't do. Then I discovered that many of the things he suggested, actually didn't need to be done but it was a way for him to keep padding the bill. In two years, I'd spent more than the vehicle was worth with Precision Auto. But in the next two years (while not taking it to Precision Auto) all I ever needed to do was oil changes and new tires.

They were great, would like to have more , and possibly will. But the service was excellent and I felt confident they did everything correctly and to my satisfaction, I had my jeep back quickly with no issues, Thank You Precision.
